The first Jackson County Green Drinks event will be at City Lights Bookstore in Sylva on Tuesday March 12th from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Jill Gottesman from The Wilderness Society will be discussing the future of our local national forests and the public meetings now being held by the US Forest Service on the management plan revision of Nantahala-Pisgah National Forests.
